When I see the cast list on this film, I feel positive about it. Firstly, we see that David Tennant is in it. Any Doctor Who fan will recognise the name, as he played the tenth Doctor or Doctor Who fans will recognise the title ‘Time Lord’. He joined the series in 2005 and went on to play the doctor for more than 4 years. Secondly, this is a British film written by the comedy actress Sally Phillips and the language is English and Gaelic (a Celtic language spoken in Scotland). You will find the filming locations pretty spectacular as it was filmed in Scotland, where the scenery is beautiful. So, the story, Alice Eve plays Lara Tyler, a very famous actress, who is about to get married to James played by David Tennant. Not wanting all the press attention and a big showy Hollywood type wedding, she and her fiance want to get married on a Scottish island. The only problem is that where they go the press follow!!! What’s the answer to this predicament? The team, who look after Lara and her best interests come up with a solution to this problem. They decide that it would be possible to put the press off the scent by arranging a fake wedding with a stand in bride. They enrole the help of a local Scottish girl called Katie played by Kelly MacDonald, to play the blushing bride. This plan throws a bit of a spanner in the works though, because it makes James stop and think about whether he is marrying the right woman!
